Ontario College of Management and Technology (OCMT) is a post secondary and post graduate College offering accelerated Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Management and Technology programs. Registered as a private career college under the “Private Career Colleges Act, 2005,” OCMT is proud to offer skill-based education that meets today’s dynamic labour market and fast changing economy.
We are short in history, but long in experience! We understand that today’s employers seek workforce with specific and upgraded skills, our programs are designed to meet industry requirements and employers’ demands. Our students are thoroughly prepared with not only theoretical, but comprehensive hands-on training that focuses on relevant, applicable and in-demand skills.

Relevant Education
Quality skill-based education, tailored to employers’ needs, and vetted by our Program Advisory Committee of industry professionals to ensure relevance and job-market-ready. We actively seek input from community partners and business owners in developing our curriculum in order to specifically address labor market demands. Main stream Programs are strengthened with additional skills in SAP modules. This is possible through our strategic alliance with the ERP software giant – SAP.

Our Graduate Employment Resource Team (GERT) assists our students in career development as they prepare to launch into the labor market by sourcing appropriate placements and exploring job opportunities, including interview preparation.
